Established by Electrician Steve Kent in 1981, Kent Electrical delivers specialised industrial, commercial, residential, and rural electrical services to public and private clients in Australia and offshore.
We are small enough to give each project our total commitment and personal expertise and experienced enough to take on large-scale turnkey projects. We can mobilise quickly to meet our clients’ expectations at short notice, whatever the location.
No matter how remote the site or how challenging the task, we have the capability and resources to deliver for our clients. Using a combination of our highly experienced staff and a pool of proven and experienced sub-contractors and suppliers, the high quality of our service is guaranteed.

Kent Electrical is a licensed electrical contractor in NSW (EC32990) and Western Australia (EC00914). The company has been a member of the NECA (NSW Chapter) for over 35 years. All members of our staff and sub-contractor team are fully licensed professionals.

About steve kent
Electrician Steve Kent started working in the electrical industry in 1967. After completing his apprenticeship, he travelled widely as a seafaring electrical officer with Jardine Matheson. This saw him working on range of mining and industrial projects while also developing a wealth of experience in marine engineering.
Since the business was established by Steve in 1981, Kent Electrical has become a respected electrical services business working with local, national and international clients. Steve brings decades of knowledge, expertise and passion for the industry and ensures every job is completed to the highest standard.
Our well-trained team work with a range of clients from government and corporate entities, to small family-owned businesses and domestic clients. No job is too big or small for the Kent Electrical team!
